In today’s landscape, affordable primary healthcare is crucial in rural areas and urban slums, where marginalized communities often reside. Our Mobile Medical Units bridge this gap by providing free primary healthcare services directly to these communities. Our innovative ADCR model Awareness, Diagnosis, Cure, and Referral ensures comprehensive care. We offer quality diagnostics and treatment, including free medications. For complex cases, patients are referred to the nearest PHC/CHC or our partner hospitals. In emergencies, our units also serve as patient transport ambulances, ensuring vital care is always accessible. Each unit currently serves 90 patients daily. Project Overview
- HF Mobile 100: our flagship program that provides essential healthcare, especially in areas where primary healthcare is hard to access. We ensure that critical health services reach people living in remote or underserved regions, where no one else is offering such care. This program bridges the healthcare gap, particularly in rural areas, and improves access to basic health services.Â
- Mobile Units: Our state-of-the-art mobile units are fully equipped to offer a range of critical health services. These include blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar tests, ECGs, and other life-saving diagnostics. By bringing these services directly to communities, we eliminate the barriers of distance and accessibility. Â
- Daily Outreach: Our dedicated medical teams visit assigned villages daily, consistently treating over 90 to110 patients without fail. This regular outreach ensures continuity of care and builds trust within the communities we serve. Â
- Mobile Medical Units offer more than just “hospitals on wheels”; they can be strategically deployed to various locations in response to shifting healthcare needs and emerging health crises. This enables a swift reaction to outbreaks, natural disasters, and other emergencies, ensuring timely medical assistance is delivered where it is most urgently needed.Â
- Free Medications: To ensure that financial constraints do not hinder access to healthcare, we provide necessary medications free of charge. This support is crucial for patients who might otherwise forgo treatment due to cost.Â

The HF Mobile 100 program implementation strategy is divided into 3 segments:
Procurement
- Hiring of person like Doctor, Pharmacist, Driver and Supervisor
- Procurement and designing of assets: Mobile Van, Diagnostic Materials
- Purchase of medicines and other daily medical consumables
Mobilisation
- Route mapping with government officials and community rep
- Engage with ASHA and ANM workers for last mile mobilisation
- Awareness camps with community members on prevalent diseases and safe hygiene practices
Operations
Our doctors provide appropriate medications or refer patients to specialized care based on their diagnoses.
We prepare comprehensive data recording formats and distribute them to our front-end team. This system helps us track our impact and allows us to continually expand our reach to serve more individuals each day.
The Mobile Medical Unit operates an OPD on a roster system, ensuring that patients are efficiently diagnosed and treated.

Case Studies
Kishan Lal, Aged 72, Saraswati Enclave, HaryanaÂ
Mr. Lal had sought medical attention for a severe case of myiasis, commonly known as maggot infestation, in his right foot. The infestation had persisted for approximately two weeks, causing severe damage and hindering his ability to walk comfortably. Upon a thorough examination, the medical team determined that the infection had developed as a result of improper treatment of an earlier open wound that Mr. Lal had sustained a few weeks prior. Inadequate wound care and unsanitary conditions had allowed housefly larvae to develop into maggots within the wound.Â
After a careful assessment of the situation, the attending doctor proceeded to gently inspect Mr. Lal’s foot and instructed the nurse to remove the maggots with great care, avoiding any additional harm to the damaged skin. The nurse successfully eliminated the maggots and subsequently treated the wound with hydrogen peroxide. Once the maggots were removed, the medical team continued the treatment by applying Povidone Solution to the wound, followed by proper bandaging and thorough cleansing with swabs. The patient received instructions to maintain regular dressing changes and wound cleansing as part of his ongoing care regimen.Â
Prabha Gupta, Aged 42, Mumbai, Maharashtra Â
Prabha works as a house helper to support her family and shares her home with her in-laws, her husband, and their two children. She has been a regular visitor to our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), seeking treatment for common ailments such as fever, cough, and cold. For the past two months, she had been grappling with a persistent fungal infection. She had previously sought treatment at various private hospitals, but her condition showed minimal improvement. Frustrated with the lack of progress, she turned to our medical team for assistance. Â
Following a consultation with our doctors, she was prescribed antifungal and antihistamine medications, complemented by multivitamins to expedite her recovery. This marked Prabha’s third visit to our MMU for consultation and treatment. She has experienced a notable improvement in her condition thanks to our medical care and the free medications provided. Prabha expresses her satisfaction with our services and is eager to recommend our MMU to her friends seeking treatment.
